Fiesta Tacos 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package 12 count) taco shells
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 can Del Monte diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions (10 ounce Can)
  • 3/4 cup mild salsa
  • 1 can Del Monte whole kernel sweet corn, drained (15.25 ounce Can)
Directions
Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add tomatoes and salsa. Cook over medium heat 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally; add corn. Cook 2 more minutes until slightly thickened. Spoon into heated taco shells and garnish with shredded lettuce, cheese and sour cream, if desired.
