Sausage & Potato Casserole 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Eckerich sausage link
  • 2 potatoes (medium)
  • 1 can Campbells cheddar soup
  • 1 can milk
Directions
Cut Sausage into 1/2" slices, Cut potatoes into slices. Put a layer of potatoes, then a layer of sausage then one more layer of each into a 9x9 casserole dish. Put soup in a microwave bowl and add 1 can of milk, heat mixture until will blended. Pour mixture over meat & potatoes. Cover with foil and bake in 350° oven 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done. Uncover and cook another 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Let sit for several minutes to thicken
