Scalloped Potatoes with Ham 2 Recipe

Ingredients
2 1/4 inch thick slices of smoked ham
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (10 ounce can)
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
5 potatoes, thickly sliced (medium)
1 cup sliced onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cut the ham into 8 pieces. Combine the soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. In a buttered 3-quart casserole, alternate in layers ham, potatoes, onion and sour cream mixture, ending with the cream mixture. Top with the cheese. Cover the casserole loosely with aluminum foil and bake at 325° for 2-1/2 hours. Serves 8.
