| | Directions | | Cut the ham into 8 pieces. Combine the soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. In a buttered 3-quart casserole, alternate in layers ham, potatoes, onion and sour cream mixture, ending with the cream mixture. Top with the cheese. Cover the casserole loosely with aluminum foil and bake at 325° for 2-1/2 hours. Serves 8. |
