Oven Meatballs 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 dozen small balls. Place in baking dish and brown at 375° for 25-30 minutes.

Meatballs may be served in spaghetti sauce or barbecue sauce for appetizers.

NOTE: Can be frozen for use later.
