Oven Chop Suey Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut inch 1 inch cubes
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup cooked regular rice
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Directions
Combine all ingredients, put in roaster, cover, and bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours at 350 degrees
