Slow Cooker French Dip Recipe

Tender shredded beef cooked in a rich and tasty broth. Dipped or not dipped, these sandwiches are delicious.

  • 4 pounds rump roast
  • 1 can beef broth (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 can condensed French onion soup (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 can beer (12 ounce can)
  • 12 french rolls

Place roast in a slow cooker.

Add the beef broth, soup and beer. Cook on low for approximately 7 hours.

Shred the meat and place back into slow cooker.

Serve on buns with the juices on the side or top with garden fresh tomatoes.
