Herbed Pork Roast 2 Recipe

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 boneless pork roast
In a large plastic bag, combine all ingredients except pork roast. Mix well. Add roast. Refrigerate overnight. Remove roast and place in a crock pot, then pour marinade over roast. Cover and cook 4-5 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
