| | Directions | | In a large plastic bag, combine all ingredients except pork roast. Mix well. Add roast. Refrigerate overnight. Remove roast and place in a crock pot, then pour marinade over roast. Cover and cook 4-5 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. |
