Ingredients
  • 1 package Good Seasons dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 package au jus mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 beef roast

Mix salad dressing mix and au jus mix. Stir in beef broth.

Place roast in crock pot. Pour au jus mixture over roast.

Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

Cut into slices or shred and cook in au jus for 1 hour more.

"I didn't have any Italian dressing mix so I used 2 tablespoons of Montreal steak seasoning. It was delicious. It created a spicy crust. I served it with mashed potatoes."
