Crushed Fried Tofu with Vegetable Recipe

  • 2 packages Momen tofu
  • 1/2 Carrot (small)
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 2 ounces Maitake mushroom
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons flour
Lightly take moisture from tofu, cut carrot, celery and maitake in very small pieces. Put all in a bowl. Add sugar 1/2 tsp., salt 1 tsp., and sesame oil very small amount, flour 4 Tbsp. and mix. Make the ingredients into balls like a small lemon. Heat oil to 180 degrees and fry the balls. When golden fried, remove to absorbing paper.
