| | Directions | | Lightly take moisture from tofu, cut carrot, celery and maitake in very small pieces. Put all in a bowl. Add sugar 1/2 tsp., salt 1 tsp., and sesame oil very small amount, flour 4 Tbsp. and mix. Make the ingredients into balls like a small lemon. Heat oil to 180 degrees and fry the balls. When golden fried, remove to absorbing paper. |
