Venison Sausage Balls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound venison sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
Directions
Mix Sausage and cheese in large mixing bowl.

Add Bisquick 1/2 cup at a time. Add milk to help mixture stick together. Shape into 1" balls.

Bake on ungreased baking sheet in 350° oven for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
