Cranberry Cashew Drop Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup butter softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 package white baking chips (10 to 12 10 ounce pkg)
1 cup chopped cashews
1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chips, cashews and cranberries. Drop by spoonfuls (Tbsp) 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool. Makes about 4-1/2 dozen.
