VELVEETA SPINACH & BACON DIP Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Velveeta cheese (1 lb 16 ounce )
  • 1 package frozen spinach, chopped, thawed & drained (10 ounce pkg)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cut up
  • 1 can diced tomatoes & green Chilies (do not drain) (10 ounce can)
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained & crumbled
Directions
Cut Velveeta cheese into 1/2" cubes; place in large microwaveable bowl. Add spinach, cream cheese, diced tomatoes/green chilies and bacon. Microwave on high 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min. Serve hot with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

Makes: 4 cup or 32 servings, 2 Tbsp. ea.
