Miracle Icing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Boil for 3 minutes sugar, water and salt. In mixer beat egg whites and cream of tarter together til stiff. Put mixer speed on high then add hot mixture. Beat until thick. Add in vanilla.
