Sugar Cookie Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Crumb together first three ingredients by hand. Reserve 3/4 C. for topping. Add baking soda to buttermilk and add to crumb mixture. Mix in eggs and vanilla. (Batter will be lumpy) Pour into greased and floured pan. Add crumb topping and bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
