Pineapple Cream Cheese Cake (Pineapple Goo) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • ICING
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 2 packages cream cheese (small pkg)
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Combine above ingredients and mix by hand. Bake at 350 FOR 20 - 27 MINUTES. Cool. Cover with icing while still warm. Sprinkle with nuts.

ICING: Mix margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and chopped nuts and put on cool cake.
