Little Cheesecake Desserts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounce pkgs.)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla well. Place cupcake papers in a cupcake pan. Place a vanilla wafer on the bottom of each paper. Spoon cream cheese mixture on top of each wafer. Bake at 350° fo 30 minutes. When cool, top with cherry pie filling.
