| | Directions | | Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla well. Place cupcake papers in a cupcake pan. Place a vanilla wafer on the bottom of each paper. Spoon cream cheese mixture on top of each wafer. Bake at 350° fo 30 minutes. When cool, top with cherry pie filling. |
