"I used this recipe for 2 5 oz. Mahi Mahi fillets and just halved everything, used about 4 T McCormick's Lemon Dill Seafood sauce instead of wine, 1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning, and lightly breaded with some Italian breadcrumbs and cooked covered about 8-10 mins on each side. This recipe helped me out and came very well!"
