Easy Dessert Apple Cinnamon Rolls with Egg Roll Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package egg roll wraps
  • 1 can Apple Pie Filling (12 ounce Can)
  • 4 ounces room temp Water
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Place wraps flat on dry cutting board so wrap is in the shape of a diamond. Place 1 Tablespoon apple pie filling in the center of wrap. Dip finger in water and rub all four edges of the wrap. Fold both sides in and roll the wrap from bottom to top to form the roll. Place on baking sheet and bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with butter. Sprinkle confectioners sugar, cinnamon and tiny pinch of nutmeg. Makes 20 rolls.
