Lemon Cheese Bars 16 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box lemon pudding cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ounces pkgs cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
Directions
Mix cake mix, oil & 1 egg until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Press into a 13x9 ungreased pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar & 1 egg until light & fluffy. Spread over cake. Sprinkle reserve cake mix on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
