Rhubarb Cake 55 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 cups cut up rhubarb
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 box raspberry Jell-O (small box)
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 box White Cake Mix
Directions
Combine rhubarb, sugar, Jell-O, and marshmallows. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Mix cake according to instructions on box. Pour over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes. Serve with whipped topping.
