Pumpkin Cake 35 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (small box)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pecans (optional)
  • ICING:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
Beat eggs, sugar, applesauce and pumpkin.

Add pumpkin pie spice, cake mix, cream cheese, pudding, water and pecans. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes; cool.

For icing, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until desired consistency. Frost cooled cake.
