Ham Steak Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steak (about 1 pound)
  • 8 ounces dry mostaccioli, uncooked
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook ham according to package directions.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Coarsely chop ham. Add to pasta along with the tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini, olives and dressing; toss lightly. Cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until chilled. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
