Upside Down German Chocolate Cake 5 Recipe

  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 box German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil. Grease the foil with margarine or cooking spray. Sprinkle coconut and nuts in pan. Mix cake according to directions on box. Pour over coconut and nuts. Mix margarine, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth. Drop by teaspoonful on top of cake mix. Bake 45 minutes.
