For crust, mix all ingredients with a fork and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake crust at 350° for 20 minutes and allow to cool.
For 1st layer, mix softened cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Pour over cool crust and spread evenly.
For 2nd Layer, stir until mixture firms and pour over first layer.
For 3rd Layer, spread Cool Whip over 2nd layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Garnish with maraschino cherry halves if desired. Chill.
VARIATION: Use 1 package pistachio and 1 package vanilla pudding, or 1 package vanilla and 1 package chocolate.
