Ingredients
1 box wild rice (Uncle Bens fast cooking)
1 pound Premio Italian sausage
1 1/4 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup chopped celery
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt to taste
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions.
Brown sausage; drain well; then mix with the cooked rice.
Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and pour into a 9- by 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
