Premio Italian Sausage and Wild Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box wild rice (Uncle Bens fast cooking)
  • 1 pound Premio Italian sausage
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt to taste
Directions
  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Brown sausage; drain well; then mix with the cooked rice.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and pour into a 9- by 13-inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
