This marinade works great for beef, pork, venison, steak and kabobs.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
Directions
  • Mix ingredients well and add the meat.
  • Marinade for minimum of 24 hours, stirring every 6 hours as the oil tends to separate and rise to the top.
