Mix cake mix, margarine, 1 egg and vanilla together and spread into prepared pan.
Layer with chocolate chips, nuts and coconut.
In bowl, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 2 eggs until smooth.
Pour over top of other ingredients and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
