Strawberry Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 - 20 graham crackers - full size, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package strawberry jello, 6 oz. pkg.
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2-4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

  • Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; press into a 9 x 13 pan and chill.
  • Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add frozen strawberries and stir well.
  • Pour over chilled crust and refrigerate.
  • While Jello is setting, heat 1/2 cup milk, add marshmallows, and stir until melted; cool completely.
  • Then fold in Cool Whip and spread on set Jello. Return to refrigerator to chill before serving.
