Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups zucchini, grated
FROSTING:
4 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 ounces cream cheese

Cream together the butter and the sugar.
Add the eggs and the vanilla; mix well.
Combine the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; add this dry mixture to the creamed mixture and blend well.
Add the zucchini and mix well.
Spread the batter in a greased 13x15 inch pan and bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes.
For the frosting, combine the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar; beat until smooth and creamy.
Spread the frosting on the cooled bars.
