Oreo Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 gallon ice cream - favorite flavor
  • 1 package Oreo® cookies
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

  • Allow ice cream to melt in large bowl until it's thick and soupy.
  • Crush entire package of Oreos.
  • Mix Cool Whip into melted ice cream.
  • In 9 x 13 pan, layer crushed Oreos, then ice cream (Do 2-3 layers).
  • Put in freezer covered with plastic wrap.
