Easy Poppy seed Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup poppy seeds
  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • Soak poppy seeds in the amount of water called for on the cake mix box (2 hours).
  • Combine, poppy seeds with water, cake mix, egg whites, pudding; beat for 2 minutes.
  • Add oil and beat for additional 2 minutes.
  • Bake at 350° F for 40 minutes.
  • Frost with maple frosting.
