Bacon Cheese Ball Recipe

Great make-ahead recipe for any party or get-together. The Smoky bacon mixed with the creamy cheese are perfect together. I usually use applewood bacon.

Ingredients
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
  • chopped parsley and additional red peppers for garnish

In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheese, onions and red pepper. Stir in bacon. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours. To form a wreath, drop large spoonfuls of mixture on serving plate in a ring. Smooth into wreath form. garnish with parsley and red peppers, if desired. Serve with crackers.
