BBQ Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/8 cup white vinager
Directions
Mix well and coat food prior to cooking.
