Barbecue Sauce 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
Directions
Sauté onion in butter until clear. Add all other ingredients. Cook slowly over low heat for one hour.
