Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Motreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced thick
  • 1 red pepper, quartered
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
  • lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, ketchup, mustard

Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine ground beef, chives, parsley and seasoning. Form into 6 patties. Place burgers on grill. Put onion slices and red pepper chunks onto the grill edges. Grill burgers 4-5 minutes per side, keeping an eye on the vegetables so they don't burn. Assemble burgers with desired garnishes.
