In another bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and water. Beat until creamy.
Beat eggs into butter mixture. Combine with flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet.
Bake 375° 10-12 minutes.
