Baked Macaroni and Cheese 2 Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 quart milk (4 cup)
Melt the butter in a baking dish and pour the macaroni into the melted butter, stirring it until the macaroni is coated. Slice the cheese, and then cut the slices into chunks. Add it with the salt, pepper and milk to the macaroni. Bake it at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Do not stir the macaroni while it is baking.
