Pizza Casserole 2 Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground chuck
  • 16 ounces pizza sauce
  • 4 ounces shell macaroni
  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 8 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • Parmesan cheese
Cook macaroni in salted water until tender. While macaroni is cooking, brown meat; drain. To the meat add pizza sauce,garlic salt and oregano; set aside. Drain macaroni; stir in half & half and butter. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with Pam. Pour half of the meat mixture in dish. Spread half of the macaroni mixture over meat. Spread half of the mozzarella cheese over the macaroni. Repeat the layers. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven and bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes.
