Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Mix all the ingredients together until well blended. Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern on the cookie. If the fork becomes sticky, dip in water before flattening cookies. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes and then place on a rack until completely cooled.
