Ingredients
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 8 ounces raspberries
  • 1 pound strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
  • 10 flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • cooking spray, butter flavored
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cinnamon

  • In a large bowl, combine fruit, sugars and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Coat both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in single layer on large baking sheet. Sprinkle both sides of wedges with cinnamon sugar. Lightly spray again with cooking spray. Bake 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool 15 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortillas.
