Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Combine ingredients until smooth.

Heat small skillet over medium-high heat.

Grease skillet with a few drops of melted butter.

Add a small quantity of the batter. Tip the skillet and let the batter spread over the bottom. When it is lightly brown, flip it and brown the other side.

Fill crepe with applesauce, sliced strawberries, cinnamon sugar or anything you desire.
