Huckleberry Pie Filling Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups huckleberries- divided
  • 1 cup Sugar
Directions
Cover huckleberries with water and cook for 10 minutes, mashing meanwhile.

Add sugar and enough cornstarch to make very thick. Then add remainder of berries and stir. Cool and enjoy!
