Bran Muffins 33 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups All Bran
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Mix All Bran, milk, egg, and oil. Set aside to soften bran.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Stir flour mixture into soften bran. Divide into 12 muffin cups (use paper liners).

Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Use toothpick test to check to see if it is cooked throughly.
