Ingredients
1 1/2 cups self-rising corn meal
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup cream style corn
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped hot pepper
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together. Pour in cast iron skillet in which about 2 T. butter has been melted. Bake at 375° until golden brown.
