  • 1 cup corn meal (self-rising)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup oil or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream style corn
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
Directions
Mix together and bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
