  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 can green chilies, drained (small can)
  • 1 can cream style corn (small can)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients.

Pour into greased muffin cups and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
